Cultural Projects: International Children's Day

Supporting Veterans’ Families on International Children’s Day

Every year on June 1st, the world marks International Children’s Day — a moment to reflect on the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child. It’s more than just a celebration; it’s a reminder to all of us that children have the right to protection, education, and opportunities for a better future.

A Collaborative Effort for a Brighter Future

This year, our Center joined an initiative aimed at supporting children from families of fallen ATO/JFO participants and veterans of the Russo-Ukrainian war from the Kirovohrad region. Thanks to collaboration with our partners, the children were able to attend the festive event “I Have a Future” held in Kyiv. The event was co-organized by Evgenii Sapozhnikov.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dmytro Linko and the agricultural holding “I&U Group Ukraine,” especially its founder Serhii Tarasov, for their assistance in organizing transportation and meals for the young participants. We’re grateful to everyone who contributed to this initiative. Caring for children starts with small but meaningful actions — and together, we can make a difference.
